Scope of Job:

The primary objective of this position is to create, coordinate, and maintain standardized forms and form processes across the BankWest enterprise. This position will provide banking expertise to Procedure Owners, Subject Matter Experts and Users throughout the development, review, and maintenance of all forms according to established service level agreements. A particular emphasis of this position is to manage OnBase Unity Forms ensuring that front line staff can deliver exceptional service to customers through system utilization.

Primary Duties:

Responsible for the development and standardization of forms across the Enterprise, providing expertise in the creation of new and maintenance of existing forms. Serve as the Enterprise control point to ensure the ongoing integrity of standardized forms.

Work closely with the Software Application Administrator in the development and creation of workflow processes for Unity Forms, including system workflow for scheduled Unity Form reviews and changes.

Serve as a control point in collaboration with Form, Procedure Owners, and Subject Matter Experts, to ensure established Processes are followed for System, Workflow, Audit, and Compliance changes and updates in forms.

Establish and adhere to service level agreements for all assigned work. Responsible to work collaboratively with a high level of communication with Procedure Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and Users.

Serve as the enterprise Subject Matter Expert in the development and implementation of Forms. Ensure that standardized procedures or instructions for the use of forms are also documented to ensure consistency in the related workflow.

Identify opportunities to improve, eliminate, and consolidate the current form inventory across the enterprise toward enhancement of workflow processes.

Provide expertise, support, and training, to Users as required. Deliver expertise and education on form standards and requirements, ensuring the continuity of established form standards and change processes.

Provide backup and support to the Work Documentation Specialists in classifying, archiving and maintaining procedures and other standardized documentation.

Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support the standardized use and training needs for form administration.

Secondary Duties:

Work as a team with departmental counterparts on planning and implementing assigned projects and products.

Participate on various committees and project teams as deemed appropriate by management.

Attend, actively participate in organization, job specific training offered, and Quality Service programs.

Adhere to all applicable Policies and Procedures of BankWest organization.

Community involvement is strongly encouraged.

Requirements

Education:

An Associate's degree in a related field.

Applicable experience and/or related certifications may be considered in lieu of degree.

Experience:

2 years' experience in related field.

Experience in Systems Process Management

Knowledge and Special Skills:

Attentive to detail.

Exceptional writing, grammar and usage skills.

Ability to work dependently and/or independently, under pressure, meet deadlines, and adjust work schedules as needed to complete job responsibilities.

Ability to organize and handle multiple responsibilities while delivering quality external and/or internal Customer Service.

Strong interpersonal skills to ensure effective communication with external and/or internal customers.

Knowledge or ability to learn regulatory requirements pertinent to performance of specified duties in job description.

Knowledge of banking terminology and procedures.

Knowledge of BankWest products and services.

Ability to skillfully use a variety of application software, learn computer programs, and comprehend the program output.

Adhere to Federal Privacy Standards in addition to following BankWest requirements for electronic communication and Social Engineering standards.
