JOB SUMMARY: Loads, unloads, and moves materials within or near plant, yard, or work site, performing any combination of following duties: Reads work order or follows oral instructions to as certain materials or containers to be moved.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.

  • Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit, using handtools.

  • Conveys materials to or from storage or work sites to designated area, using forklift, handtruck, electric dolly, wheelbarrow, or other device.

  • Secures lifting attachments to materials and conveys load to destination, using hand-operated crane or hoist, or signals crane or hoisting operators to move load to destination

  • Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet. Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers. Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together, using banding machine and clincher.

  • May occasionally operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.

  • Must hold forklift certification or the ability to obtain it.

Must possess sufficient interpersonal skills to effectively interact with persons inside and outside the Company. Must be able to work under stress and handle multiple priorities.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to go up and down stairs. Must be able to walk long distances.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to climb into machinery. Must be able to communicate effectively.

Must be able to operate office equipment. Must not present a risk of injury to self or others while engaged in Company duties. Must be able to work overtime as required.

ALL employees will go through New Hire Training, Basic Employee Skills Training, and our Service Line Training Program to ensure our equipment operators are competent, safe and efficient in order to provide a high quality service to our customer. An Equipment Operator is responsible to safely and proficiently operate assigned stimulation equipment. Stimulation Equipment include Liquid Gel Concentrate, Pump, Sand Conveyor, Sand Hulk, Acid Pumper, Blender, Combination Unit, Hydration Unit, LAS Unit, and Treatment Monitoring Van. The EO-1 will report directly to the Service Supervisor, or his designee. Ensures that all equipment assigned is properly functioning and all applicable procedures and tests are conducted in compliance with company standards. ESSENTIAL DUTIES include the following: * Performs pre-trip and post-trip inspections, as needed. * Follows supervisor guidance concerning all Frac related operations. * Attends all required safety meetings (on-site and off). * Performs several manual labor, as necessary. * Other duties as assigned.
