About our Endura Products Division

We are excited to welcome Endura to the Masonite family in 2023. The company is a leading innovator and manufacturer of high-performance door frames and door system components, operating out of four facilities in NC, TX and OR.

Overview

The primary purpose of this position is to load and unload trucks and put shipping/receiving information into computer system.

What you will do:

• Loads and unloads trucks and trailers and keeps correct transfer paper work.

• Wrap bundles when necessary.

• Keeps wood in plant stacked neat & safe with a good flow throughout plant.

• Must be capable of driving in all areas including productions and loading trucks.

• Inspects all materials received from vendors.

What you will need:

• Required to pass written and driving test before operation of any forklift

• Preferably one year experience in manufacturing setting

• HS Diploma or GED preferred

• Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Be aware of pedestrians

• Follow speed limit

• Stable loads on forks

• Use horns in doorways, at intersections, and corners

• Wear ear plugs, safety glasses, & seat belt at all times

• Check fluid levels on lift to assure efficient and safe operation

• Excellent attendance record

• Commitment to your team members, self-motivation, and accountability to safety & quality.
