Forklift Operator Picking

You'll join the team in Process/Production, setting up and operating fabrication processes and equipment, fabricating, assembling, testing assemblies and products in this fast-paced environment.

Job Duties include:

• Operating forklift including turret and order picker.

• Picking bulk orders for the same day shipments using RF Scan gun.

• Verifying orders are accurate before staging for shipment.

• Meeting daily production and quality goals.

• Maintaining a clean and safe work area.

• Adhering to all company policies and standard operating procedures

• Cross- training in other areas as needed.

• Resolves and develops approaches to administer distribution/ logistics processes, procedures, and services.

• Responsible for logistics assignments that require the use of planning and judgment.

• Ensure packages are processed timely and accurately.

• Quality check on all items before they are packaged.

• Put away released finished good products, transfers from other warehouse locations as necessary.

• Maintain areas to keep them clean and safe.

• Leads finished goods inventory system at a high level of accuracy, using warehouse management software leads the location of inventory to ensure proper stock rotation, smooth order picking, and staging activities.

• Transfers material from storage or work sites to designated areas both physically and systematically, following proper procedures for inventory control and product preservation.

• Consistently perform cycle count, pick pack, and ship accuracy at the -meets expectations- performance level.

Mid Shift - Monday to Friday from 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Qualifications

• Higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 1+ years relevant experience

• May require lifting 50-75 lbs. (assisted team lift)

• Experience working on special projects related to warehouse and logistics workflow with little to no supervision

• May require Forklift Operator Certification

• Experience working with SAP and Radio Frequency scan guns

• Proficiency with all MS Office tools and have strategic data analysis reporting skills.
