Where You'll Work: Our Seattle plant creates syrups and sweet sauce variations for Kerry customers and brands.

Key responsibilities

What You'll Do: As a Forklift Operator you'll be responsible for supplying our production lines with supplies such as bottles, caps, cartons and pallets. You'll transport finished goods, hand stack or manually pack off, and properly document all chemical usages and forklift inspections.

Qualifications and skills

  • Capable of lifting 40 lbs

  • Previous experience in the food industry

  • Knowledgeable in GMP and HACCP programs

  • Knowledge of food manufacturing sanitation requirements

  • Forklift Safety certified & capable of being re-certified

  • Able to work flexible hours and overtime as required

This position is responsible for using best practices for communicating information surrounding those incidents to leadership as appropriate. The SCR Operator will monitor cameras and alarms, dispatch associated calls via telephone and radio, operate access control technology, and provide general assistance to both employees and guests. The SCR operator supports headquarters and field teams as they prepare for, respond to, and recover from both crisis and non-crisis incidents. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * The SCR operator is responsible for answering routine and emergency calls, monitoring alarms and video equipment including fire alarms, door alarms, and duress alarms and provides general assistance to both employees and guests. * The SCR operator will dispatch security officers, facilities and on-site EMS personnel as required via telephone and/or radio. * The SCR operator maintains various records of communications and events. * The SCR operator uses multiple internal and external resources to gather and manage information and intelligence about events that are occurring both domestically and internationally that may impact Client. * The SCR operator communicates and disseminates information, using established communication vehicles, to key partners using best practices. * The SCR operator takes an active role in position related projects. The levels of responsibility will vary from consulting to owning projects based on the individual * The SCR operator will act as a liaison between all departments and the Physical Security Department * The SCR operator will escalate (without delay) complaints and unusual/critical event information to Shift Supervisor, Account Manager, and GSOC Manager. * The SCR operator accurately maintains control of all equipment and keys in the SCR. Accurately logs all equipment and keys signed out and returned by Security, parking and shuttle bus staff. The SCR operator completes 'Task work orders" for all facilities needs· reported. * The SCR operator informs (without delay) the Shift Supervisor and Account Manager of any missing, damaged, or inoperative equipment or communications, alarm, CCTV, or other systems * The SCR operator proactively monitors all surveillance cameras and CCTV remote viewer programs. Monitors and responds to all security and safety system alarms. * The SCR operator answers and responds to events and situations received over regular and emergency phones and intercoms. Controls and monitors the two- way communication systems. * The SCR operator must have excellent verbal, written and customer service skills and abilities. Special Skills and Attributes include: * Advanced computer skills and proficiency. * Above average computer hardware and software knowledge. * Excellent verbal and communication skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Self-motivated and able to work under little to no direct supervision. * Ability to work in a team environment. Qualifications * Previous contract security, military or law enforcement experience is beneficial * Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills required. * Must possess strong computer skills and demonstrate the ability to effectively operate and manage security tools and processes. Systems include, but are not limited to: security access control, CCTV & alarm systems, email, intranet systems and complex communication device systems. * Must possess strong communication skills in both the written and verbal format, in all delivery formats (i.e. in person, via telephone, via radio, etc.). * Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with the ability to work independently. * Must be at least 18 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements. * Must have a high school diploma or GED, or at least 5 years of verifiable employment history. * Successful completion of AlliedBarton's Master Security Officers Basic (Level 1) Course. * Ability to maintain satisfactory attendance and punctuality standard. * Neat and professional appearance. * Friendly and professional demeanor. * Ability to providing quality customer service. * Ability to handle typical and crisis situations efficiently and effectively at client site.
