Safely organize and secure materials, including boxes, bales, pallets, and super stacks. Process and load orders for delivery and receiving to complete shipments. Shrink wrap pallets with hand wrap to prepare them for shipping and receiving Promptly report any faulty equipment, damage to racks, or potential safety hazards to leadership Attend certification refresher courses to maintain qualifications Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping surfaces, pallet areas, workstations, and forklifts are kept tidy Preserve equipment functionality by cleaning, oiling, recharging, refueling, etc.

Consult and coordinate with manager, employees, other departments, and equipment manufacturers regarding loading and unloading operations Perform daily quality checks to ensure standards are met Adhere to uniform requirements as specified Comply with OSHA Standards to maintain a safe working environment Additional duties as needed Department Specific Responsibilities Inbound/Inventory Load and unload pallets for receiving inventory Store pallets in bulk Production Pull pallets using a Zebra scanner and completing tasks in C2S for direct to consumer fulfillment, bulk and wholesale fulfillment, and customization processing Outbound Load and unload pallets for order fulfillment What You’ll Need… Forklift certification preferred Punctuality, time management and good attendance Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes as needed Ability to work independently and as a team player Ability to communicate clearly and follow instruction or direction from Team Leads and Management High attention to detail and good time management skills Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is subject to variable temperatures and weather Ability to perform repetitive or continuous physical demands: standing, walking, sitting, use of hands and fingers, grasping, reaching/overhead, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, stretching, pulling, pushing, using ladders, and frequently lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds Flexibility and dependability is required and must be willing to work overtime, second shift, weekends, and holidays to support production needs What We Offer… Employee discounts Health benefits include medical, dental, vision, and mental health Worksite benefits include Hospital Indemnity, Accident, and Critical Illness Disability insurance Life insurance Pet Insurance Paid Parental Leave Tuition Reimbursement and Professional Development assistance Paid holidays PTO 401(k) with a company match and immediate vesting We have built a great business and are in the process of building a great company.
