The Forklift Operator is responsible for loading, unloading, staging, pulling and distributing pallets of Keurig Dr Pepper product supplies using a single-wide forklift and electric pallet jack. This position is also responsible for checking trucks in, truck jockeying, as well as general warehouse duties. This position does require the use of a computer.
Shift and ScheduleThis is a full time position working from 2:00pm until finished, Monday through Friday. Must be flexible to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as it maybe required by the business.Position CompensationThe pay for this role begins with a rate of $15.00/hour. Paid weekly. Attractive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401K, paid time off, etc.) begins immediately.
Load route trucks for delivery to local businesses.
Check in drivers; unload trucks.
Report all product discrepancies or quality issues to supervision including damaged product, wrong store number, equipment issues, etc.
Computer use for general reporting and route release.
Follow all safety procedures and adhere to all company policies and procedures, including the safe operation of equipment and help to maintain a safe, clean work environment to include general housekeeping warehouse duties.
High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred
1 year of forklift operation experience
Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling and lifting for the entire duration of the shift.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the entire shift from floor to over-head.
Ability to hand shrink wrap pallets of completed orders.
Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool.
