The forklift operator position is responsible for moving and stacking palletized and racked goods in the warehouse, scanning goods to inventory system, and/or keeping all departments supplied with raw materials.

Shift is 12 hours from 6PM - 6AM on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Work 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours! Sign On Bonus!! Up to $1,750*

DUTIES

Operate a forklift effectively to load racks, etc.

Must maintain inventory system by placing materials in proper location(s) and scanning labels properly.

Supply departments/work areas with necessary raw materials.

All other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be able to read English and do basic mathematical calculations.

Must be able to learn to operate a tablet computer.

Requires driving forklifts and other equipment.

Requires walking and standing most of the working shift.

Requires frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.

Availability for frequent, possibly unscheduled overtime (including weekends).

VIEW JOBS 3/21/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-06-19T00:00 <p>The Ergonomist will join a growing team of Health, Safety &amp; Engineering professionals helping our customers reduce their work-related risk to quality, productivity and employee health. <br></p><p><br></p><p>Successful candidates will have the following attributes:</p><ul> <li>A qualified and professional manner and appearance, outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills and competent customer-facing representation</li> <li>Experience in business communication, including giving formal presentations, creating reports and professional documents (e.g. meeting agendas, meeting minutes, etc.)</li> <li>Ability to establish priorities, work both independently and with a team</li> <li>Working knowledge of NIOSH single and multi-lift equations, Liberty Mutual Tables, ACGIH Hand Intensive TLV, RULA, REBA, Digital Human Modeling, Motion Capture Technologies</li> </ul><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><ul> <li>Conduct physical demands analyses, ergonomic risk analyses on single jobs, production lines, or entire plants</li> <li>Perform ergonomic assessments using standard ergonomic analysis tools and/or using Digital Human Modeling software and complete detailed technical reports</li> <li>Provide assembly plant ergonomic support to identify and prioritize ergonomic risks, conduct ergonomic risk assessments and provide recommendations on elimination of risk.</li> <li>Perform virtual assessment of Ergonomic risk utilizing such software systems as Teamcenter, Process Simulate, and/or Jack, and provide recommendations for improvements</li> <li>Develop ergonomic specifications and standards through literature review, research, and ergonomic analysis</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>B.S. or M.S. in Kinesiology, Industrial Engineering, Human Factors, Occupational Biomechanics, Ergonomics or a related discipline</li> <li>Associate Ergonomics Professional (AEP), Associate Ergonomist (AE) certification, or Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) is an asset</li> <li>2+ years relevant experience</li> <li>Must have safe and reliable transportation</li> </ul><p><br></p><p>Please note: If a candidate is not a U.S. citizen, they must be able to become legally authorized for work in the United States.
