Perform day-to-day data processing and loading activities.
Acquire, process and analyse digital evidence using FTP, Encase, Cellebrite or other forensics tools.
Preparing written reports based on evidence analysis.
Develop, maintain and update work quality standards and standard operating procedures.
Research and develop processes to address the challenges created by the introduction of new technologies and specifications.
Liaise with the Case Teams on Digital Forensic/E-Discovery case related matters to provide solutions around technical issues and ensure awareness of case deadlines and processing timescales.
Acquire knowledge to become an Expert Matter Specialist in one or more specific areas of expertise.
Participate in forensic analysis and collection as part of incident response.
Perform on-site collections.
Perform E-Discovery technical tasks used throughout the entirety of E-Discovery case lifecycle, along with generalized technical analysis and troubleshooting.
Must be able to obtain a government security clearance.
Computer/Digital Forensics degree OR experience as a Digital Forensic Analyst.
Certification in one or more of the following areas: EnCase Certified (EnCE), Nuix Investigation Certified Specialist (NICS), Cellebrite Certification (CCLO or CCPA) or a demonstrable path to acquiring such certification within a one-year timeframe.
Experience of using forensic tools such as EnCase, Nuix and Cellebrite.
Good working knowledge of computer forensics, mobile forensics and E-Discovery.
Knowledge of onsite collection (Servers, Hard drives, smart devices, etc.).
Preferred hands-on E-Discovery and incident response experience and familiarity with general computer forensic practices and tools.
