Responsibilities
Installation process for ductwork.
Set and connect equipment. Coordinate with contractors to perform utility connections to equipment.
Work with tools while supervising a small crew
Read and follow drawings, specifications, and/or instructions provided to layout and perform the project.
Ability to solve problems and work with a team.
Understand welding processes for stainless steel ducts.
Use machinery such as forklifts, scissor lifts, or boom lifts.
Responsible for all safety needs.
Responsible for managing all consumables.
Clean up jobsites after completion.
Quality control.
Communication with Project Manager on change orders and T&M records.
Requirements
OSHA 30, preferred
Available to work overtime and travel at least 75% of the time.
Thrives in a high-pressure environment
3+ years' experience in installation of industrial or commercial sheet metal duct work, preferred.
Ability to draw cutsheets for manufacturing duct.
Ability to pull measurements.
Ability to use equipment submittals from manufacturers for preparation work.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly.
Possess valid driver's license and clean driving record.
