DUTIES
Provides crew supervision and line clearing and tree trimming services for major electric utility providers
Services provided include pruning treetops, repairing damaged trees by trimming or removal as well as removing broken limbs from wires, roofs, and other objects
Directs crew members and equipment as well as planning and executing the assigned work and tasks
Responsible to supervise and assist in the proper maintenance, preparation and operation of all tools and equipment including hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts
Operates as part of a crew with supporting Groundmen and Trimmer/Climber
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Drivers license required. Commercial drivers license preferred and may be required, depending on job requirements
Certificates and Licenses if necessary
Pesticide license, if required by state law
Herbicide license a plus
Line clearance certification if working near utility transmission lines
ISA Certified Tree Worker certification or willingness to obtain
Electric utility tree trimming/climbing experience preferred

North Shore Community Health (NSCH) has an immediate opening for a Per Diem RN Care Manager to work in the Medical Assisted Treatment (MAT) Program. Under the direction of the MAT Program Manager, the Per Diem RN Care Manager will provide care management and coordination of the plan of care for those NSCH patients who are being treated for opiate use disorder and/or alcohol use disorder. In close collaboration with the Suboxone (buprenorphine) certified physicians, nurse practitioners and physician's assistants, as well as with our in-house behavioral health provider and our partners in the community, the RN Care Manager will provide and coordinate daily and long term care of patients in recovery. As a team member at our health center, you will work with staff who are racially, ethnically and culturally diverse, so being culturally competent is required. A sense of humor is also very important! Responsibilities * Provide direct patient care (approximately 75% of the workload) within the scope of the RN license. * In addition to substance use treatment monitoring, (through regular interaction with behavioral health, urine drug screen tracking), the MAT RN Care Manager will be expected to coordinate screening to track some chronic disease measures while working closely with the primary care team. * Assist in the development of clinical policies and patient flow design, with particular attention to protocols around screening and risk stratification. * Participate in developing the workflow for communication with PCPs as well as with Suboxone certified physicians. * Supervise a medical assistant and community health worker as necessary. * Maintain and deepen our relationship with our most common behavioral health partners * Document patient encounters within 24 hours in the NSCH EHR (Centricity). * Ensure documentation is clear, objective and reflects the delivery of safe, quality care. * Utilize DRVS registries and EHR data to optimize the medical care of patients in treatment for substance use disorder, enhancing preventive care and the ongoing treatment of chronic issues. * Establish and maintain an ongoing positive working relationship with all members of the care team. * Collaborate with other staff re: pertinent patient issues. * Respect and maintain patient confidentiality in all aspects for care including electronic information. * Respect patients in substance use treatment and exhibit a supportive, non-judgmental attitude. * Contribute to the PCMH based efforts to care for the patient. * Consistently exhibit behavior and communication skills that demonstrate NSCH's commitment to high quality customer service, including quality, care and concern with each and every internal and external customer. * Exhibits consistent, high level of attention to detail. * Responds appropriately or seeks support when confronted with cultural biases or conflicts. * Work in Salem site primarily but occasionally demonstrate the flexibility to work at other sites as staffing needs dictate. QUALIFICATIONS * RN with current MA license * Supportive and non-judgmental attitude in regards to dealing with patients in recovery and relapse * Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English). * Case management experience strongly preferred with experience in substance use disorder treatment services although initial training and ongoing education will be provided. * Proven skills and knowledge base necessary for clinical decision making and care delivery. * Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel and Word). * Maintains strict adherence to the NSCH Confidentiality policy. * Incorporates NSCH Guiding Principles and Mission Statement into daily activities. * Complies with all NSCH personnel policies and procedures. * Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and prioritization skills. * Extremely detail-oriented in both verifying own work as well as the work of others. * Must have reliable transportation to get to other sites and meetings as needed.
