Aufgaben

• Coordinating daily tasks according to priorities and plans, organizing supply, delivery and personnel

• Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to workforce and subcontractors on site

• Producing schedules and monitoring attendance of workforce, delegating general and daily responsibilities

• Recruiting, training, managing, supervising and mentoring employees and subcontractors

• Using adequate resources and staffing to meet project schedules, laws, regulations

• Emphasizing safe use of tools, machinery and equipment while providing training on safety gear, helmets and procedures

• Developing and managing costs and planned production rates on site

• Implementing quality standards on site

• Resolving conflicts or miscommunications timely

• Regularly reporting project status to site management

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as construction foreman

• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment and OSH guidelines

• High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (civil engineering)

• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to communicate and report effectively, problem-solving abilities

• Valid driver's licence - active driver;

• Proactive, motivated, teamwork skills, independent, dedicated, and accurate way of working, social and intercultural skills

• Quality and cost awareness

• Understanding of engineering and construction
