Shift Into Your New Role as a Ford Service Appointment Representative:

Are you reliable and have great customer service skills and a friendly upbeat personality? Kenwood Dealer Group is seeking a full-time Service Appointment Representative (SAR) for our dealership who is responsible for scheduling new / missed service appointments, scheduling customers for special order parts delivery, making follow-up calls, communicating with Service Advisors, and handling related administrative duties. Applicant must display a personable attitude and great phone skills to serve our loyal customer base. Great customer service is always our goal!

Schedule:

• Tuesdays - Thursdays 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM, Fridays 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturdays 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Sundays & Mondays Off

Qualifications to Drive Your Career Forward:

• Current or recent experience in a customer contact position

• Experience setting appointment a plus, but not required

• Must be able to work assigned schedule

• General computer skills: will work in CDK system daily with training

• High school graduate

• Satisfactory employment references

• Pass background check and satisfactory driving record
