Description:Work closely with Government customer to provide operational and administrative management support.
Assist Government personnel as directed; provide support for program-related analyses for requirements-acquisition actions requiring command-level oversight.
Provide technical support to various capability commodity working groups and/or IPTs.
Work closely with Higher Headquarters and subordinate Capability Developers, as well as Program Offices in support of specific programs and projects.
Assist Government personnel with collection and disseminate information, as required.
Develop, integrate and staff briefings, reports, and written correspondence in response to formal and informal taskers.
Develop, administer, and maintain data libraries, information sites, and collaboration tools on NIPR and SIPR networks, SharePoint and web portals;
Maintain calendar that informs actions, suspense's, meetings, and general situational awareness.
Track and manage special project status(s).
The contractor shall perform quality assurance checks on all G8 correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards, policies, and guidance.
Create, organize, and maintain portal page of all documents and drawings.
Create, organize, and maintain a log of all activity (from inception) associated with documentation processed through the G8.
Provide documentation support using Microsoft Productivity Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Project).
Maintain situational awareness of:
Department of Defense regulations and United States Special Operations Command Directives related to requirements and acquisitions.
Higher Headquarters requirements documents in support of G8 capability areas.
Possess three years of experience supporting DoD acquisition programs.
Possess three years of experience supporting SOF acquisitions and be familiar with SOF staff procedures.
Have experience in Knowledge Management and SharePoint administration.
Be familiar with G8/J8 organizations and processes.
Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective working relationships with team and customers.
Final Top Secret security clearance eligible for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
