Description: As a Deli Production Team Member, you are responsible for the preparation of select grab-and-go and special order products.

You will follow production card specifications, ensuring all food is prepared appropriately. You will monitor sales of products, making thoughtful adjustments to your production in order to drive profitable sales. You will maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with food safety guidelines.

*Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members.

Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs. Able to think quickly on the spot to answer guest questions. Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.

In this role you will be accountable for improving the product lines manufacturing through put, processes and productivity while developing your employees. You'll work closely with the other members of management across Minco for process and systems consistency and improvements to work flow and output. Responsibilities * Plan, manage, and coordinate the activities of the product line to include overseeing the production through put to schedule, productivity, administration of goals, policies and procedures and objectives for personnel development * Assure production work centers are staffed and equipped for all orders to be completed and shipped on time * Management, direction and evaluation of designated workforce * Participate in workforce planning to meet business needs (i.e., capacity planning, work assignments, succession planning, etc.) * Lead efforts to improve efficiency, increase productivity and control costs * Develop and analyze a variety of production reports to improve costs, production lines, quality, efficiency, cycle times, and volumes * Interview, hire, train, direct and evaluate performance of assigned employees * Develop, coach and empower employees to reach company, team and individual goals to ensure the daily, weekly and monthly targets are met * Improve and maintain standard metrics such as capacity, efficiency, scrap and yields with an emphasis on safety, quality, delivery and cost (SQDC) * Maintain and improve use of Lean Production methods in all production areas (visual management, SQDC boards, tier meetings, 5S, standard work, etc.) * Address performance issues resolve problems and promote safety * Recognize and reward employees as appropriate * Carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws Qualifications Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering or related field * Seven years of manufacturing experience with a minimum of 5 years of management or supervision experience * Experience managing manufacturing processes and through put Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with high-end technical markets such as Medical, Aerospace, Defense * Experience in Printed Circuits highly preferred * Excellent communication skills * Experience using integrated production planning and management software * Formal Lean training * Experience implementing Lean production practices using Lean methods (e.g., Kaizen) * Good computer skills using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP, etc. * Effective project management skills * Six Sigma certification * APICS – CPIM Certification Professional Skills Required: * Professional written and verbal communication including good presentation skills * Ability to work collaboratively and engendering trust * Demonstrated success developing employees and creating a high-performance work environment * Prioritizing and assigning work * Ability to apply basic project management principles and practices * Ability to ensure compliance with department policies and procedures and applicable laws, rules, and regulations * Solving problems and recommending solutions * Demonstrated ability to effectively build relationships with employees and management * Strong experience responding to and resolving questions and concerns * Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities * Excellent written and oral communication skills This position is a regular full-time position in our headquarters in Fridley, Minnesota.
