Description: As a Food Team Leader at Target, you are responsible for leading the food business and daily operations of your designated area in your store.

You are accountable for ensuring product is fresh, within date, in-stock, signed and labeled correctly. You will continuely drive the food business by ensuring key seasonal and everyday items are available for the guest. You are accountable for inventory management, ordering, in-stocks, food safety product presentation and overall Target standards to drive guest satisfaction within food.Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and other team members. Able to learn and adapt to current technology needs. Able to think quickly on the spot to answer guest questions. Flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends and holidays) and regular attendance necessary.

Job Posting Title:Horticultural Attendant Leader Position Type:Classified Department:LSUAM FA - FPO - FS - Land - Turf Supervision (James C Ransom III (00012369)) Work Location:0100 Landscape Services Building Pay Grade: Works with and directs Horticulture Attendants, Mobile Equipment Operators and other labor to maintain the grounds and landscaping of the campus at LSU Baton Rouge and other off-site LSU properties as directed. This job entails working in adverse weather conditions, requires the ability to lift 501bs, and involves work on weekends and after hours as necessary. Job Duties: 75%- Works with and directs a crew of other grounds workers, contractors, and/or supplemental labor to maintain the grounds in an assigned areas to levels of safety, apperance, and health as required. Operates or directs others working with power riding tractors, mowers (usually less that 25HP), entrances, canals, building perimeters, tree perimeters, road sides, etc. in a neat, clean, and safe condition. Supports other crews as necessary. 10%- Directs others or personally applies chemicals for weed control, pest control, fertilization and amendment of soils; applies mulch to beds and under tree canopies, performs week rermoval, assists with ornamental and flower planting, litter removal, litter container servicing for cleanliness, cigarette butt removal, etc. 5%- Directs others or personally assists with irrigation work, digging, grading, and drain basin cleaning, and other types of grounds related tasks as needed. 5%- Fills in for a Horticulture Attendant Foreman to direct the activity of 2 or more crews of Horticulture Attendants, Mobile Equipment Operators, and others in assigned tasks. Fills out time sheets, vacancy paper work, etc., as required. 5%- Performs other work as necessary. Minimum Qualifications: Two years of experience in any of the following: farming, the care and maintenance of trees and shrubs, or groundskeeping. SUBSTITUTIONS: College training will substitute for the required experience on the basis of thirty semester hours for one year of experience provided that six semester hours of each thirty is in any of the following fields: botany, agriculture, horticulture, floriculture, agronomy, forestry, turf management, landscape management or landscape architecture. Vocational training in the care and maintenance of trees and shrubs will substitute for the required experience on a month for month basis. NOTE: Any college hours or degree must be from a school accredited by one of the following regional accrediting bodies: the Middle States Commission on Higher Education; the New England Association of Schools and Colleges; the Higher Learning Commission; the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities; the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools; and the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma Special or Physical Qualifications: Due to the nature of this position and/or position responsibilities this position shall be subject to drug/alcohol testing in accordance with University Policy Statement 67. In accordance with PS-18 this position maybe required to report or stay on campus in the event of emergency or closure. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Overtime and Weekend Work.
