Food Stand Attendant

As a company, we are committed to treating each other with respect and we take pride in working together to create fun and memorable moments for our Guests!Stand Attendants are responsible for taking and filling orders of food and beverage requested by guests, operating cash register, maintaining service area and supplies, and interacting positively with guests providing the Hollywood experience.

Responsibilities:

• Verify cash balance at the beginning and end of shift. Operate cash register; accepts cash and credit cards; Advise lead cashier on need for cash mid-days and complete change requests, per established procedures.

• Set up the venue, stock, clean, organize and maintain a clean sanitized food service area.

• Process guests' food and beverage orders and up sell products. Follow all food proper portioning procedures to maintain cost.

• Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner.

• Understands and demonstrates the proper use of safety practices and ensures department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years older

• Previous Customer Service and Cash Handling Experience Preferred.
