Liberty of Oklahoma Corporation is now accepting applications for a full-time Food Service Specialist position at the Robert M. Greer Center located in Enid, OK.

This is an outstanding job opportunity for individuals who enjoy cooking, food preparation and supporting the nutritional needs of people who have disabilities.

The Robert M. Greer Center is a 52-bed, specialized facility which serves people who have mental illness and intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The "Greer Center" operates under the Oklahoma Department of Human Services and is managed by Liberty of Oklahoma Corporation. Clients of the Greer Center receive their regular daily meals through an on-premises kitchen and food preparation service.

The responsibilities of this Food Service Specialist position include:

  • Cooking meals following recipes and procedures

  • Preparing food orders for basic and specialized diets

  • Delivering and serving meals to Greer Center clients

  • Cleaning kitchen facilities and equipment

This position offers regular five-day work weeks with a requirement to work weekends on a rotational basis. The specific hours for this position at 10:45 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. This schedule is a firm requirement and is non-negotiable.

As a member of Liberty's team at the Greer Center and full-time employee, you can expect a competitive hourly pay rate and a comprehensive benefits plan.

Individuals who have at least five years of food services work experience will be paid $15.53 per hour. Individuals with less than five years of food services work experience will be paid $13.91 per hour.

This position requires basic food preparation, cooking, and cleaning skills. Both entry-level and experienced individuals are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to applicant who have prior food service experience.

Liberty is now accepting applications for full-time "Human Services Treatment Specialist" position at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid, OK. The Robert M. Greer Center is a 52-bed, specialized facility which serves people who have mental illness and intellectual and developmental disabilities. The "Greer Center" operates under the Oklahoma Department of Human Services and is managed by Liberty of Oklahoma Corporation. The responsibilities of the Human Services Treatment Specialist 1 position involve providing a wide array of supportive services to Greer Center clients. This includes working directly with clients individually and in groups, providing basic nursing care to clients, assisting clients with their daily living activities and therapeutic programs. Human Services Treatment Specialists are essential members of the Greer Center's interdisciplinary team and are responsible for the following: Conducting standardized assessments necessary to accurately identify individual's needs * Designing appropriate specialized programs to promote growth, development, and independence * Teaching clients new skills and making recommendations regarding supports and environmental modifications to promote inclusion of clients in any environment * Monitoring treatment program implementation and integrity * Providing basic nursing care to consumers - including medication administration, providing non-CMA (Certified Medication Aide) treatments, and completing written records * Providing leadership and training to other employees * Communicating with other facility staff and/or Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) members to coordinate activities and facilitate client program planning * Monitoring funds/pay systems for assigned clients New employees hired into Human Services Treatment Specialist positions at the Greer Center receive paid training in basic nursing care and are required to obtain and maintain certification as a Certified Nursing Aide (CNA) and as CMA. As a member of Liberty's team at the Greer Center and full-time employee, you can expect a hourly compensation of $23.41 (approximately $48,692 annually), plus a comprehensive full benefits package which includes health, dental and vision insurance as well as a 401k and paid time off.
