Job Summary

• Performs Variety of Functions to support Patient Care in Food & Nutrition Department.

• Assembling of Patient Food Trays, Delivering Patient Trays to Patient Care Units, Preparing Food Items for Patient Tray Service, Assist Patients with Meal Orders, Washing Patient Dishes and Cleaning Duties as assigned.

• This position will assist with putting away grocery orders two days a week.

• This job Requires Direct Patient Contact, Must Feel Comfortable being in Patient Rooms.

• Excellent Customer Service, Problem Solving & Communication is a Must.

• During Renovation will assist with procurement, putting away products after order delivery, filling floor stock orders, assembling orders and delivering between campuses.

Qualifications

Education

• Must be able to understand and communicate in English. Must be able to take and record food temperature.

Experience

• Must be able to use a Computer to place Meal Orders

• Prefer previous work experience focused on customer service.

• (Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience).

Licensure/Certification

• Must obtain a food handlers permit from the Cleveland County Health dept. before hire (or within 1 week of hire).
