Prepares and serves food, maintains sanitary conditions of kitchen facilities, and serves food on cafeteria line.

Routine cleanup and sanitation duties within the food service operation

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Washes, peels, cuts up vegetables and fruits; opens canned goods

Assembles salads, sandwiches, and desserts

Transports food, supplies, and equipment to and from kitchen, dining areas, storerooms, and refrigerators

Washes dishes, trays, pots, pans, and utensils

Scrubs, mops, and clean kitchen, refrigeration, garbage areas and floors

REQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Possession of, or eligible for, a food handler's permit
