About This Position

The Food Service Project Manager will support activities related to the creation, deployment, maintenance, and guidance for existing and future TTO (Trinity Takeout) installations throughout all TSG (Trinity Services Group) operating regions. Provide expertise to help achieve excellence related to operational, technical, financial and customer support aspects of our TTO platforms, including market placement/pricing, packaging and quality assurance of all retail products being offered through TTO or other retail sales platforms.

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and support for existing TTO installations in the areas of product offerings, packaging, and all forms of customer ordering, banking, and delivery platforms.

  • Lead as a project manager in all startup TTO installations and existing units problem resolution, coordinating efforts across cross-functional departments ensuring completion within deadlines.

  • Gain expertise in functionality for the NetMenu software, with concentration for all functions through which the software interacts with Food Service Ace, and all other related software applications.

  • Develop and support requests for product recipes, ensuring all products and information within recipes is applicable for a location's supply chain and production capacity.

  • Support facility functions with concentration on product ordering, marketing, production, delivery, and pre/post-service administration of all financial functions.

  • Provide excellence in communication, directed to all levels of operations team management to include RVP's, DM's, GM's, unit management, region support teams, and all related corporate departments involved in typical TTO location activities.

  • Provide application training for all applicable levels of the region operations teams.

  • Lead efforts to create written and video training materials and documentation.

  • As requested, and required, provide leadership, assistance, and support of other retail sales installations in our "micromarket" or other retail sales installations.

  • Collaborate with the TTO support representative in our TSG accounting department, working together and separately to ensure support of our TTO platform is dispensed in a timely, complete, and accurate manner.

  • Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

  • Create executive level reporting with existing data for key metrics and statistics.

  • Other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

  • At least five (5) years of experience in food service or related industries, holding supervisory and/or management positions.

  • Experience in food service administration is required.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with an above average understanding for food service production and administrative software, detailed development of recipes and a high level understanding of commonly used products.

  • Preference will be given to candidates possessing retail sales knowledge and acumen, with concentrations in marketing, product placement, product pricing and customer visuals.

  • Ability to clearly understand and master the various retail customer product ordering systems, including the technology used for customers to place orders within, as well as the banking function of related transactions.

  • Ability to work independently and use sound judgment.

  • Ability to direct a cross-functional project from start to finish.

  • Experience in using menu management/production software.

  • Ability to achieve expert status in the NetMenu administrative/menu management system.

  • Communicate professionally and effectively through both oral and written forms.

  • Gain proficiency in core Microsoft Office 365 products at an enhanced level.

  • Demonstrate a high level of organization.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties and requests from the field.

  • Ability and willingness to travel at a minimum of 10 nights per calendar year.

  • Motor Vehicle Driver's License.

  • Serv Safe Certification or ability to obtain.

  • Ability to perform effectively in a variety of conditions primarily working indoors. Willingness to work within a correctional setting at least 5% of the time.

  • Skill in being organized or following a systematic method of performing a task.

  • Ability to establish and effectively conduct business in a structured office setting.

  • Ability to connect with others of diverse backgrounds, experiences, and viewpoints, while maintaining a commitment for company values and mission goals.

  • Ability to adapt to change in the workplace and demonstrate the ability to work collectively within a team environment.

  • Although preference will be given to those who reside in the Tampa, Florida area, all qualified candidates resident of the U.S.A. will be provided the same consideration.

  • Work may be performed in a home office or in a Tampa area corporate office.

  • Duties are typically performed indoors primarily in an office setting.
