NOTICE OF VACANCY

POSITION:

Food Services Lead Aide, Full-Time (Benefits Eligible)

Glastonbury East Hartford Magnet School (GEHMS)

WAGES:

$19.46 per hour

SCHEDULE:

10-Month position

Monday through Friday; 7:00 am

• 2:00 pm

35 hours a week

DUTIES:

• Required to receive cash and make change from register, complete cash control forms and deposit cash.

• Assists in all phases of food preparation, service, inventory and proper food storage.

• Follows safety and sanitation guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent, ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time and to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds. Minimum of two years of customer service work experience, cashier and commercial/institutional food service preferred. ServSafe certification desired.
