Management position, responsible for developing and executing dining solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. Oversees and manages dining operations where customers order prepared food from a menu.

Essential Functions:

  • Leadership: Leverage Aramark's coaching model to engage and develop team members to their fullest potential.

    Reward and recognize employees. Ensure individual and team performance meets objectives and client expectations. Plan and lead daily team briefings. Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.

  • Client Relationship: Maintain effective client and customer rapport for mutually beneficial business relationships.

    Identify client needs and communicate operational progress. Demonstrate excellent customer service using Aramark's standard service model.

  • Financial Performance: Ensure the completion and maintenance of P&L statements.

    Deliver client and company financial targets. Adopt all Aramark processes and systems, understand performance metrics, data, order and inventory trends; educate teams on key levers to improve margins.

  • Productivity: Create value through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.

    Comply with the Operational Excellence fundamentals by meeting and maintaining food and labor initiatives. Ensure entire team is trained and able to execute. Supervise team regarding production, quality and control.

  • Compliance: Maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients, customers and employees. Comply with all applicable policies, rules and regulations, including but not limited to those relating to safety, health, and wage and hour.


  • Requires at least 2 years' experience and 0-2 years in a management role.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience desired

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities This position is responsible for managing the Customer Service Support Representatives for the US and Canada. Leadership responsibilities encompass leading a team of 15-20 non-exempt team members. The leader will also be responsible for the following the company's performance management processes. The leader will also be responsible for supporting process changes defined by the different business units, including implementation and training. They will also be responsible for identifying and managing process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities also include: * Direct and manage customer service team priorities and responsibilities to deliver world class customer service to both internal and external customers. Ensure that calls are answered in a courteous and professional manner, and the customer's requests are answered accurately and thoroughly. * Resolve customer challenges by owning the problem through to resolution/satisfaction. This involves identifying the root cause and working collaboratively with other departments to develop corrective actions and process improvements. * Establish and monitor operational performance measures and drives improvements within the customer service team and across the teams within the Service Support Organization. * Interact with field service management teams about issues affecting the business' results in a manner that promotes cooperation and facilitates quick, effective problem resolution with service operations leadership team and contributes to and improves strategic planning to ensure sustainable results. * Responsible for planning, developing, and implement long term business strategies and short term tactics designed to achieve such strategies. * Employee management and leadership in the following areas: * <li>Resource management – coordinating requests for time off with the goal of ensuring adequate coverage to sustain metrics. * Time reporting for payroll * Schedule and Lead regular team meetings * Participate in interviewing of new employees * Assist in coordinating training of new and existing employees * Create and deliver Annual employee evaluations * Coaching based on Call Monitoring results What You Need to Succeed * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or closely related discipline is required; or a minimum of eight years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Prior leadership experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Must have proven track record of supervising non-exempt employees. * Demonstrable track record of employee development and mentoring activities. * Strong customer service, analytical, and reasoning skills. Better than average written and communication skills required. * Significant experience with ERP and/or CRM systems. SAP preferred. * Must be a self-starter who will identify problems and initiate corrective actions without specific direction from supervisor. * Strong ability to interface with other departments and teams in a professional and cooperative manner. * Exceptional time management skills, ability to multi-task projects and process improvements while managing day to day activities within team.
