Under the supervision of the Director of Food Services and the registered dietician, the dietetic technician provides support and direction to other food service associates to ensure food prepared for patients accurately meet their dietary restrictions.
Food Handler's permit preferred. Must obtain Food Handler's Permit within 30 days of hire and maintain permit.
Registered as a dietetic technician or assistant through the Commission of Dietetic Registration within one year of hire
Related Associate Degree Preferred.
