Job Requirements:

• Superior customer service skills and daily interactions with our customers and clients

• Have a strong understanding of employee and client relations

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field

• 6+ years previous experience as a General Manager or Food Service Director

• Experience in corporate business dining, restaurant, or general food & beverage is preferred

• Experience in hotels, corporate dining, education services or large convention facilities is a plus

Job Description:

• Manage the cafés daily meal service, events and operations related to finance and catering

• Oversee Catering with meetings, corporate events, and dining services

• Provide strategic leadership; hire, train, and develop staff, manage work schedules, create and retain a cohesive team of associates

• Responsible for P&L (profit & loss) by preparing policies and standard operating procedures

• Maintain café satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiate improvements as needed

• Conserve safe, secure, and healthy facility environments by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures

• May assist with special corporate projects or events
