Auditor is responsible for all division compliance audits. They are responsible to document and take appropriate action based on these audits. This position will report directly to the Food and Beverage Director.
Performs all duties in a safe manner.
Conducts daily audits to ensure division is in compliance with all park policies and procedures.
Monitors back of house register reports, Micros, DORS, Inventory Reports, etc.
Reviews and makes corrections to daily cash variance reports.
Monitors and takes action to ensure operation remains within budget guidelines (i.e. labor dollars, supplies, etc.)
Maneuverability and mobility to work in the park.
Maintains a consistent steady workflow, are on task, and downtime is eliminated.
Maintains various accounting, reporting, and record keeping spreadshets.
Assists in observing trends that can help pinpoint potential theft in the park.
Follows and enforces all Food and Beverage policies and procedures.
Maintains close communication with MOD through phone/radio/email to ensure efficient practices.
Maintains clear, concise and specific lines of communication.
Performs office duties to include phone calls, filing, copying, faxing, and maintaining accuate documentation.
May assist in other areas of the division as needed.
Ability to work with other people.
Provides guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.
Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
Meets scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Meets Cedar Fair's attendance requirements as outlined in Cedar Fair's attendance policies.
Adheres to Cedar Fair's Rules of Conduct including specific costuming and grooming standards as outlined in Employee Guidelines and other park/division specific policies and procedures.

Accuracy in data entry.
Math aptitude to multiply, subtract, and divide.
Ability to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.
Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
