Food Server Assistant - Runner/Busser| Full-Time [AM Shift]

Nestled on the shores of Lady Bird Lake, in the heart of downtown Austin is, Hyatt Regency Austin, where caring for people to be their best is our purpose and the foundation of all that we do! We are in search of a friendly and reliable Buffet Runner to join our team and provide excellent service to our guests.

The AM Food Server Assistant is primarily responsible for setting up, breaking down and maintaining buffet items, ensuring that they are fresh, hot, and appealing. Responsibilities will also include transporting food from the kitchen to the buffet, ensuring that buffet items are properly stocked, maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the buffet area, equipment, and utensils. They will also assist with running food from the kitchen to guest tables in the restaurant and/or the lobby bar, or guest rooms, as well as assisting guests as needed.

This shift stats at 5:00am, therefore early morning, weekend and holiday availability is required. This position pays $12/hr and receives tips/tip out.
