Essential Functions:

  • Be competent to implement and maintain HACCP based food safety plans and documents

  • Training of production employees (Food Safety, HACCP, etc.)

  • Ensuring sanitation standards are met, overseeing cleanup procedures for compliance

  • Participate in "outside" audits or regulatory visits, such as HACCP, COOF, FDA, and State health inspections

  • Report problems or inconsistencies with any procedure to supervisors or management

  • Follow up with employees regarding HACCP paperwork completeness and accuracy

  • Proactively look for ways to improve and in all areas of production

  • Assist in any and all areas of the facility

Responsibilities:

  • In the event of a product nonconformance, responsibilities include:

  • Identify affected inventory in production to ensure it is physically located and accounted for

  • Quarantine affected product

  • Inform production team and keep them updated as necessary

  • Completion of HACCP paperwork Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly; verify that it is completed and turned in.

  • Verifies HACCP forms and checks for accuracy and completeness

  • Completes daily sanitation, facility, and quality check documents

  • Works with managers to make claims on damaged or nonconforming product received at facility

  • Meets with team leaders during shift to determine needs; to answer questions regarding production or quality troubleshooting

  • Weekly Thermometer calibration state checks against NIST thermometer

  • Monitors temperature of cooler routinely throughout week

  • Routine swabbing and good sampling practices to send to 3rd party laboratory

  • Perform monthly internal audits with QA manager to ensure all Food Safety procedures are being completed correctly

  • Lot tracking and cooler/freezer organization

Required Experience/Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • College degree preferred

  • Prior HACCP Training preferred

  • Some produce/food knowledge for quality assessments

  • Quality Control or quality assurance experience preferred

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to lift up 50 pounds regularly

  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time (10+ hours)

  • Regular stooping, squatting, bending, twisting, and walking

Working Conditions:

  • Temperature controlled warehouse environment

  • Must be able to withstand temperatures ranging from under 40 degrees Fahrenheit to ambient room temperature

This is an operational support position for National and Tactical consumers. CEGS analysts are responsible for providing system performance assessments, technical expertise, and training in support of the COMEXT and ELINT environment. This requires the ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment, while supporting multiple activities. The ideal candidate is a competent multi-tasker, clear communicator, and skilled problem solver. This position may require shift work. Roles and Responsibilities: * Identify system performance and data quality issues and document in discrepancy reports * Monitor ingest volumes * Analyze system metrics * Provide overviews and demonstrations of the CEGS system * Process and analyze CEGS data in support of baseline deliveries and system optimizations * Support end user needs in real-time * Conduct training with end users on the CEGS system and tool suites Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below * Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and 4+ years related technical experience * Basic Communications Signals Analysis Course (450) * Technical experience at a customer facility * Detailed knowledge of Communications Externals data, systems, architecture, and analytic tools * Experience with data manipulation, retrieval, analysis, and integration and testing. * Possess an entry level comprehension of UNIX/LINUX/Windows, along with a proficiency in MS Word, Power Point, and Excel. * Intermediate level knowledge of Gale-Lite, CBET, or MIST * Previous training experience * Must possess an active TS security clearance at a minimum, or ideally an active TS/SCI security clearance with a polygraph Preferred Qualifications: Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration * Intermediate Analysis (451 Course) certification or equivalent or have at least 2+ years' experience applying analytic techniques towards a wide variety of communication technologies. * Strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form to logically convey knowledge and ideas (will be required to provide briefings to customers and potential customers) * Analysis background in COMEXT, ELINT, and/or FUSION systems * Familiarity with geo-location techniques Leidos is a Fortune 500® information technology, engineering, and science solutions and services leader working to solve the world's toughest challenges in the defense, intelligence, homeland security, civil, and health markets.
