Principal Accountabilities Lift/handle raw/cooked meats weighing up to 30 lbs. (stripping and stripping logs, boxing product, etc.) Properly weighing, labeling, bagging, packaging, and boxing finished product Ensure food safety and quality Housekeeping and maintenance Required Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Basic mathematical ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division) Basic computer skills Willingness to work outside of normal shift, including weekends and off-shift hours as needed Preferred Qualifcations Previous food manufacturing experience Previous leadership experience High school diploma or GED equivalent Production experience Work history within the last 12 months Candidates considered will receive a phone call from the area code (952).
