The food prep operator is expected to perform a variety of duties in the preparation of associated food prep products.
Essential (primary) Functions:
The primary responsibility of the food prep operator is to count, record, calculate and prepare all products needed for the production staff utilizing the chopper, slicer, tamer, oven, steam table, fryer, and utensils while maintaining cleanliness, security, safety, uniform and company rules. Rotation of products and organizing the walk-in is essential to successfully operating this station.
