Beale AFB has an opening for an experienced Food Service Operations Manager 2.

Beale AFB is looking for a dynamic and motivated Operations manager to lead the team in our dining facility. This position wil direct both Sodexo and subcontract employees to provide a great dining experience for both

Airmen and civilian customers at Beale Air Force base. Sodexo offers innovative and healthy concepts while keeping to a strict profit and loss financial statement.

The Operations Manager will report to the GM and will manage FOH labor, marketing, maintain operational standards as well as coordinate and manage sanitation and maintenance and repair of the facility. Customer Service is a MUST. This Dining Hall is a Union environment and the Operations Manager will act as interim GM in absence of GM and support all GM tasks and responsibilities.

Operations Manager Responsibilities include:

  • Strong knowledge of labor cost

  • Integrate fully within our client's organization becoming a trusted advisor with a customer service and employee focus.

  • Works to achieve company and client financial targets and goals.

  • Works to achieve high quality satisfaction scores.

  • Ensures compliance to food safety, sanitation, and overall workplace safety standards.

  • Meets (or exceeding) Sodexo standards of operations.

  • Creates a positive environment and successfully motivates and manages team.

The ideal candidate will have a work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, previous supervisory experience and the ability to be a hands-on leader. Ideal candidates will also have the ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service. Position Summary

Provides leadership and supervision for the on-site food service exempt and non-exempt level staff in the delivery of our contractual agreement with the client. Provides supervision for food services at account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the company. Implements business practices in order to uphold company mission, values and commitments made in the Sodexo client contractual agreement.Key Duties- Establishes a safe work environment

  • Utilizes Sodexo tools and programs to develop client, customer, and staff relationships, to ensure account retention

  • Implements and fully utilizes all Sodexo tools and programs to ensure financial outcomes

  • Directs daily operations of food service to ensure employees have appropriate equipment, inventory and resources, ensures operating standards and regulatory requirements are met

  • Develops and implements plans, projects, with defined objectives, methods, timetables and budget to support client and Sodexo strategic plan

  • Ensures adherence to all HR standards for Sodexo, client, and regulatory agencies

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement

  • Associate's Degree Basic Management Experience

  • 2 years Basic Functional Experience

  • 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Cyber Information Systems Security Analyst to join the Cyber Information Assurance Security team. The Cyber Security organization has overall responsibility for providing information security oversight to all Northrop Grumman classified systems under their respective purview. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: * Perform assessments of systems and networks within the networking environment or enclave and identify where those systems and networks deviate from acceptable configurations, enclave policy, or local policy. This is achieved through passive evaluations such as compliance audits and active evaluations such as vulnerability assessments. * Establishes strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and supports obtaining certification and accreditation of systems. Includes support of process, analysis, coordination, security certification test, security documentation, as well as investigations, software research, hardware introduction and release, emerging technology research inspections and periodic audits. * Assist in the implementation of the required government policy (i.e., NISPOM, ICD 503), make recommendations on process tailoring, participate in and document process activities. * Perform analyses to validate established security requirements and to recommend additional security requirements and safeguards. * Support the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results and preparation of required reports. * Document the results of Certification and Accreditation activities and technical or coordination activity and prepare the system Security Plans and update the Plan of Actions and Milestones POA&M. * Periodically conduct a complete review of each system's audits and monitor corrective actions until all actions are closed. * Review weekly information systems security audits. * Security configuration management. * Security account administration. * Evaluate system security plan documentation. * Continuous security monitoring. ESCSO ITS3500Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degree or 0 years of relevant experience with a master's degree. * Candidates must have a current DOD Top Secret level security clearance (or higher) with an original adjudication, or a periodic reinvestigation date, completed within the last 6 years to be considered. * Current IAM DoD level 1 Security certification (CAP, GSLC or Security CE) or ability to obtain and maintain within 6 months of start date. * Must have the ability to obtain, and maintain, a Special Access Programs (SAP/SAR) level clearance as a condition of continued employment. Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience with a current IAM DoD level 1 security certification (CAP, GSLC or Security CE).
