Responsible for serving breakfast, lunch and snack to the children at Kids Care on a daily basis, and heating and serving foods on special cook days. Additional responsibilities include: food temperature monitoring and documentation, inventory and ordering of food and supplies, purchasing additional supplies and non-food items as needed, completing the CACFP documentation form, documenting refrigerator and freezer temperatures, general cleaning and sanitation of kitchens and dining room, using 3 step process for dish washing and stocking foods delivered by BDCH.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a minimum of six months experience in quantity food preparation desired. This position will be required to travel and require use of personal vehicle. In order to be eligible for this position you must meet the minimum driving standards established by BDCH.
CPR required within first three months
