This position will be responsible for assisting in the day to day operation of assigned F&B outlet(s). This position will also oversee the front and back of the house team members. Ensures a fun and attractive atmosphere is maintained so that guests and employees alike recognize the outlet to be the area restaurant of choice. Ensures operations run pursuant to property standards and all food is ordered, plated, delivered and rung up according to brand standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
Supervise, motivate, and engage team members. Assisting with all training, scheduling, and directing of kitchen and service team members.
Ensures food orders are placed correctly and in a timely manner.
Ensure all cash handling procedures, processes and standards are adhered to at all times without exception.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, as well as a high quality of guest relations.
Maintaining inventory and adhering to par levels.

Understanding of POS System
