Food & Beverage Service Ambassador, Alcohol, 21+, (Catering)

What you get to do:

As a Food & Beverage Service Ambassador, Alcohol, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a delightful dining experience for our guests across various venues, including restaurants, carts/kiosks, specialty snack carts, coffee shops, dessert stations, and more. Alongside your primary duties in these areas, you will also be on call to support catering events during peak seasons, where your responsibilities will include bartending, serving, and bussing.

Note: This position description includes responsibilities both in the park's various dining venues and as part of the catering team during peak event seasons. Priority for scheduling will be given to catering events during peak seasons, with dining venue shifts assigned during non-event periods.

Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically greet and welcome guests, providing information on food & beverage products and making recommendations to suit each guest's preferences and dietary needs.

• Take orders promptly and ensure accurate delivery while supporting dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests.

• Maintain a clean working environment and operate cash registers, adhering to proper cash handling procedures.

• Prepare and carry vending trays, ensuring the efficient execution of service.

• As part of the catering team:

• Serve alcohol in compliance with company policy, including mixing a variety of beverages such as Long Island Iced Teas, Martinis, Madres, Margaritas, etc.

• Pour and/or tray-pass beer and wine, restock the bar, and maintain facility cleanliness.

• Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest needs and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.

What it takes to succeed:

• At least 21 years old.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Positive attitude, team player mentality, and excellent multitasking and collaboration skills.

• Ability to learn and utilize point-of-sale (cash register) systems effectively.

• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions, and flexibility to work varied shifts.

• Completion of all required training, including ServSafe and RCS Responsible Vendor Training.

• Previous cash handling experience preferred, with food service and/or theme park experience highly desirable.

• Prior catering experience is preferred, and priority for scheduling will be given to catering events during peak seasons. When events are not scheduled, team members will be assigned shifts in the dining venues throughout the park.

Work Schedule: Hours will vary based on the park's operating schedule and are not guaranteed.

• Part-Time: Ability to be scheduled for up to 30 hours per week.

Compensation:

• 16.85 USD per hour
