Job Description

Join our team as a Food & Beverage Coordinator where you'll be assisting the F&B Management Team will all administrative duties. Your professionalism, organization and attention to detail will ensure outstanding operating results.

What you will be doing: Reporting to the Director, Food & Beverage Operations and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Act as a liaison and communicate information between departments and the F&B management team

• Update payroll daily with necessary adjustments, prepare bi-weekly payroll, and assist in preparing the tip distribution

• Design and print menus, plus other F&B signage and collateral

• Manage group bookings and buyouts for the Restaurants and assist with setting up and taking reservations for holidays and special occasions

• Assist with the booking and invoicing of entertainment for the Food Truck and other special events

• Champion for OpenTable and the F&B POS system, ensuring accuracy and updating with new menu items and prices

• Utilize our Purchasing policies and procedures, order equipment, small-wares, to go products, and food and beverage

• Ensure Banquet Event Orders are organized and updated with changes

• Assist in finding schedule coverage due to last minute changes or adjustments in business level

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. • Previous experience in Food & Beverage or Hotels preferred

• Previous experience in Customer Service or an Administrative role required

• Previous experience with digital photography programs or Photoshop an asset

• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office

• Service focused personality and passion for hospitality

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Highly responsible & reliable

• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment

Hourly rate of $25.00
