Food And Beverage Supervisor

Cherokee Casino Ramona is seeking a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team! As a leader, you'll oversee venue operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and flawless execution. You'll wear many hats, from scheduling and staff development to cost control and inventory management. But most importantly, you'll create a positive, collaborative atmosphere where your team can shine.

• Orchestrate daily operations, keeping everything running smoothly.
• Lead by example, fostering a fun, friendly, and efficient work environment.
• Hire, train, and develop top talent, empowering them to succeed.
• Ensure the highest quality of food and beverage service, exceeding guest expectations.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary environment for both staff and guests.
• Manage budgets and inventory, minimizing costs and maximizing profit.
• We're seeking someone with a minimum of a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 1-3 years of food and beverage experience in a similar role. Alternatively, a blend of education and relevant experience will do the trick!
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work seamlessly with a team.
• Be prepared for a vibrant atmosphere with exposure to smoke, noise, and bright lights.
• This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Be ready to put your best foot forward with constant standing and walking throughout the shift.
• Must have the ability to acquire a Food Handler's Card.
• Ability to obtain a state issued alcoholic beverage license.
