What You'll Do

As a Food and Beverage Supervisors , you'll be the driving force behind our F&B team, working closely with the F&B Director to deliver top-tier service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading, inspiring, and motivating your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

• Ensuring events run smoothly, from setup to cleanup, with a focus on quality and timeliness.

• Greeting guests warmly, accommodating their needs, and exceeding their expectations.

• Overseeing food and beverage service, assisting as needed to ensure seamless execution.

• Anticipating guest needs, responding promptly, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the event.

• Training team members to master serving techniques

• Maintaining a clean, professional, and safe environment at all times

Qualifications

• Must be able to show initiative in job performance including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity.

• A supervisory background is preferred.

• Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly.

• A quick and accurate evaluation and selection of alternative courses of action is essential.

• Must work well in stressful high pressure situations.

• Must maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.

• Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating preventing identifying and solving problems as necessary.

• It is important to be effective at listening and clarifying the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests.

• Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions.
