The newly renovated beauty is searching for a energetic Food and Beverage Manager to help lead the team! This position will oversee the Pool Club, where guests can enjoy the view or catch a sporting event while indulging in our local California coastal-inspired cuisine and your choice from a large selection of hand-crafted cocktails, stellar California wines or local micro-brews It will also manage Odysea Bar, "A Liquid Adventure", is a waterfront lounge featuring one-of-a-kind drinks and refreshing bites. Odysea's perch beside the water - including outdoor terraces - is a coveted gathering place for visitors. The property boasts 1190 guest rooms, 170,000 square feet of event space, and 6 food and beverage outlets in total. What will I be doing?
Directs and organizes the activities of the Food & Beverage departments to maintain the high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits through outstanding customer service. Plans and directs the functions of administration and planning of the Food & Beverage department to meet the daily needs of the operation. Implements effective controls of food, beverage and labor costs. Ensures compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards. Helps ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, service and marketing to maximize profits and ensure outstanding customer service. Interviews, trains, supervises, counsels, schedules and evaluates staff.
