#Nowhiring a Food and Beverage Manager to work in paradise:

A beautiful boutique hotel, the Inn on Fifth located in the heart of Naples, boasts 87 guest rooms, 32 club suites, a spa, a fitness center, and a sparkling pool. Work with a wonderful team as a Food and Beverage Manager that is rooted in family and provides an exceptional experience for our guests to stay awhile.

The Food and Beverage Manager provides full-scope, hands-on management of the hotel's Culinary Services Team and is a key member of the management team, supporting the hotel and company's vision.

Requirements

As the Food and Beverage Manager…

• In this role you will work with our friendly Food and Beverage Team members to create culinary masterpieces for our guests to enjoy.

• Work with the culinary/F&B Team to plan, prep, set-up, serve, and provide daily quality food production for our club Level Suites and Pool Bar and make recommendations for new menu options.

• Work cross-functionally with the Sales and Catering Teams to execute events for guests, managing set-up, food delivery, clean-up, and customer billing.

• Ability to manage inventory within the established budgetary requirements based on the hotel's business.

• Oversee the scheduling and training of the food and beverage team.

• Possess a working knowledge of standard procedures/policies concerning food collection, preparation, presentation, sanitation, and storage.

• Ensure that the Inn on Fifth is compliant with all regulatory requirements for the Culinary and Serving teams.

You own it if you have....

• A minimum of three to five years culinary experience

• Have one year of management experience in culinary operations.

• Knowledge and practical experience in meal planning and preparation.

• Ability to communicate in a professional and friendly manner with staff and guests (bilingual in English/Spanish)

• The ability to stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time

• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds
