Requirements

As the Food and Beverage Manager…

In this role you will work with our friendly Food and Beverage Team members to create culinary masterpieces for our guests to enjoy.

• Plan, prep, set-up and provide quality food production for our outlets, including our Club Level Suites and Pool Bar

• Provide guests with outstanding service, including special requests

• Manage the food and beverage team, including the Culinary, Club Level and Pool Bar Teams

• Work cross-functionally with the Sales and Catering Teams to execute events for guests

• Possess a working knowledge on standard procedures/policies concerning food collection, preparation, presentation, sanitation, and storage

• Ensure that the Inn on Fifth is compliant with all regulatory requirements for the Culinary and Serving teams

You own it if you have....

• A minimum of five years culinary experience

• Have the ability to manage a team

• Knowledge and practical experience in meal planning and preparation

• Ability to communicate in a professional and friendly manner with staff and guests (bilingual in English/Spanish)

• The ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, and lift up to 25 pounds

Salary Description

Starting at $65,000/yr.
