Deliver key business measures of service, cost, and labor controls Leverage strong critical thinking to solve guest service issues, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to unexpected challenges in the fast-paced hotel environment Show dedication to continuous improvement. Degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.

Minimum of one year of supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success. Hotel-specific experiences preferred with a food & beverage focus or casual dining management experience.
