Minimum 2 years restaurant experience required restaurant management experience a plus (Captain, GM, AGM) Must have a keen knowledge of food, and a willingness to learn the intricacies of our menu knowledge in beer and wine Experience working in a similar environment with verifiable references Must have a flexible schedule.
