FOH Cafe Manager

Job Description Job Description Stowe Bee Bakery & Cafe is looking for a FOH cafe & barista manager. Seeking friendly, experienced upbeat personality.

Customer service & barista experience a must. Duties include: -Training baristas & counter servers

• FOH inventory ordering (paper goods & coffee)

• Keeping FOH and barista staff motived, on track with side work, upbeat and involved with customer service

• Creating and managing FOH scheduling

• Keeping FOH neat & organized

• Liaison with kitchen for daily specials Position could either be split between two part-time managers or one full time manager. One weekend day required.
