Title:

FMS Program Analyst

KBR is seeking to hire a FMS Program Analyst to serve on UHPO Program Team. This candidate will be responsible for management and execution of a technical helicopter development, integration, qualification, production, modification, fielding, and sustainment program. Job responsibilities will consist of:

  • Assess and derive Customer-Country unique helicopter product verification requirements

  • Support program acquisition strategies, program cost and schedule estimates, and program risk assessments and mitigations

  • Obtain, assess, apply, and ensure verification of product airworthiness requirements

  • Develop and prepare CRPs to include SOW, CDRL, and DSL requirements

  • Evaluate contractor proposals

  • Ensure CDRLs are work-flowed, reviewed, answered, and tracked IAW standard work

  • Ensure program follows systems engineering processes to include development of system, item, and airworthiness qualification specifications

  • Support major program technical reviews to include SRR, SFR, PDR, CDR, and SVR

  • Ensure aircraft products are Army airworthiness certified IAW AR 70-62 and contract requirements are met

  • Collaborate and coordinate with other Material Developer (e.g., UHPO, AMRDEC, AMCOM, and ACC) personnel

  • Manage contractor and supplier contract performance

  • Interface with, and brief, customer-chain (e.g., SAMD, USASAC, DASA-DE&C, DSCA, State Dept., Embassy, and Customer-Country) representatives

  • Must be able and willing to travel up to 30%

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree in a related technical discipline is Required

  • Six-eight (6-8) years of relevant work experience with Military Aviation

  • Knowledge of Black Hawk helicopters and their systems, subsystems and components

  • Technical Program Management experience supporting Military Aviation is preferred

  • Secret level security clearance is required

VIEW JOBS 2/26/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-05-26T00:00 Title: FMS Program Integrator KBR is seeking to hire a Program Integrator to serve as the lead individual for developing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) country requirements, coordinating program tasks and facilitating planning to maximize potential for joint service involvement in the program. This candidate will be required to direct and coordinate multiple Government matrix support organizations and contractor programmatic and technical support organizations to define program tasks, to coordinate various organization activities and to evaluate progress in accordance with the program plan. Job duties will include: * Ensure the integration of the various functional areas within the PMO (programmatic, systems engineering, supportability, risk management, and producibility) and the coordination of these functions for tasks performed by the various major stakeholders and agencies which support the program. * Provide and/or manage team inputs providing recommendations, reviews and written drafts of a range of plans and documents in direct support of the Product Manager's coordination and staffing of program decisions at senior Army staff levels. These include, acquisition plans and strategy reports, automation strategy/plan, integrated logistics management plan, annual historical reports, magazine articles, program security guides, Defense Acquisition Executive summaries, and risk management plans. * Plans, conducts and/or directs highly complex studies/trade-off analyses to define and improve total systems integration. * Conduct and manage CONUS and OCONUS port operations for FMS customers. Research and answer Requests for Information (RFI) concerning the all aspects of assigned FMS country to include maintenance, operation, and employment of the platform and all its support equipment.
