Job Title: FMS Financial Analyst, SeniorJob Location: NAS Patuxent River, MD Job Code: 16402610Imagine One Technology & Management is currently seeking a FMS Financial Analyst, Senior “contingent” on award of the associated work to the Imagine One Team. This position supports the PMA 299 program for H-60 Program and Financial Support Services, providing Acquisition, Configuration, Financial, Program Management (PM), and Information Technology (IT).Position Description:
The Senior FMS Financial Analyst performs business financial management activities in support of FMS pre-case, case execution, reconciliation, and case closure activities. Analyze total program financial requirements for development of P&A, LOA, amendments, modifications, revisions and other pricing elements. Apply knowledge of financial management functions, processes, and analytical methods to evaluate program information required for the BFM and Program/Case Manager. Demonstrates knowledge of DoD FMR, FAR, PPBE, and DoN procurement policies and procedures experience. Experience in the preparation of P&As, LOAs, amendments, modifications, and revisions within DSAMS is required. Experience in case reconciliation, case management, and case closure are required. Experience in maintaining Case Execution Performance Tool (CEPT) and participation in Financial Management Reviews (FMR) is required. Demonstrated knowledge of FMS financial policies and procedures is required. A working knowledge of DOD SAP policies and procedures relating to FMS is required. Experience in NERP, DSAMS, and Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL), SCIP and DIFS and other DoD financial automated accounting & budgeting systems is required.Experience Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.
- FMS financial management/analyst experience. Familiarity with NERP, SCIP and MISIL. Experience processing and/or analyzing financial data preferred. Expert knowledge and experience in the coordination and development of FMS manpower requirements packages is desirable.
- A Master of Arts or a Master of Science is required.
- Substitutions for education are allowable based on years of experience.
- U.S Citizenship is required.
- An active Secret clearance is required.
