Role Summary:The Financial Internship is a project-oriented work assignment designed to offer hands-on finance experience in the GE Finance Team. The assignment is designed to expose the intern to GE strategic initiatives and the role Finance plays in achieving the business' objectives.

Essential Responsibilities:
Internships vary in scope and last 9-10 weeks in length providing exposure to areas such as financial analysis, general accounting, project analysis, manufacturing accounting or auditing. The assignment provides an opportunity to have a real and meaningful impact on the business. Interns are challenged to help develop innovative solutions to respond to dynamic business conditions.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0

GPA in major greater than 3.2/4.0

First-year (anticipated graduating class of 2022-23) JD candidate currently enrolled at an accredited U.S. law school. * Minimum overall current GPA of 3.0 on a scale up to 4.0 (transcript will be required prior to commencement of internship). * Previous work/internship experience in a law firm, in-house legal department or other office environment. * Proficiency with MS Office applications. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS: * MUST be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
