A Lot About You
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic QA Engineer to assure reliability of our mobile platform. You will become a key contributor of a dedicated team that takes great pride in frequent deliveries of high-quality software. This is a terrific opportunity for a skilled QA engineer who wants to contribute to leading mobile platform.
Analyze and test software to ensure that products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards.
Participate actively in the entire software development life cycle.
Develop quality standards through participation in initial software development stages.
Test software in later stages of development for reliability and accuracy.
Document processes and test outcomes.
Communicate with product developers and technical support specialists on software issues.
Develop customized test procedures for the organization's products.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field, followed by 5 years of progressive experience in job offered or a computer-related occupation.
Experience must include:
1.Experience with manual testing of webapps of varying complexity - predominantly on desktop.
2.Keen attention to detail and a naturally high bar for product usability, quality, and look and feel.
3.Programming / scripting experience
4.Experience using and testing Web Services/RESTful APIs, and related tooling (Postman, curl, etc)
5.Experience with automated testing frameworks
Selenium Web Driver, nightwatch.js, SauceLabs, cypress.io, cucumber, or unit test frameworks (mocha, jasmine, junit)
6.Experience with browser testing and automation (Chrome dev tools, firebug, etc)
7.Self starter - able to pick up new frameworks & technologies with little guidance
