Floor Technician - Kroontje Health Care Center

Warm Hearth Village is seeking a Full Time Floor Technician for the Kroontje Health Care Center. Shifts are flexible with 40 hours per week. Starting wage per hour is competitive and negotiable with years of experience.

Duties Include:

• Sweep and mop floors.

• Assist with striping, buffing, and waxing surfaces.

• Clean or shampoo carpets

• Perform light window and wall cleaning duties.

• Maintain equipment and supplies.

• Follow workplace safety standards.

• Hours required are 7:00am - 3:30pm or 10:00am to 6:30pm with every other weekend shifts.

Preferences:

• High school diploma or GED certificate preferred.

• Prior cleaning or janitorial experience required.

• Valid driver's license

• Physical stamina

• Attention to detail.

Pay Rate:

• Starting at $16.00 per hour

• Hiring 1 person for this position

• Start date is as soon as possible.
