Floor Tech

SBM Management is searching for a Floor Technician that can make the floors sparkle and shine! We are hiring a Floor Technician that has experience ensuring customers have clean and orderly commercial or office space. Professional communication with the customers to make sure their expectations are met is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Vacuuming

• Mopping

• Bonneting

• Extraction (wet/dry)

• Strip & wax floor

• Carpet spot removal

• Transport equipment, tools and supplies

• Move furniture before/after clean

• Communicate changes, progress or problem areas

Qualifications:

• Experience in the janitorial industry required, with floor/carpet care expertise preferred

• A drug test will be required

• 3+ years of experience preferred

• Must pass SBM Background checks, along with Pre employment Drug screening & E-Verify.

• Floor Care experience and using machinery

• Drivers License Required, General Knowledge of Care Floor and Scrubbing Techniques

Shift: 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM

Compensation: $16.50 - $17.60 per hour
