If you are looking for a rewarding career working as part of a multi-disciplinary team that impacts lives, please consider the Floor Maintenance Assistant opportunity at the Julian F. Keith Alcohol and Drug Abuse Treatment Center (JFK-ADATC) located in Black Mountain, NC.

The primary responsibility of the Floor Maintenance Assistant is the care and maintenance of the facility's various types of floor surfaces. Work requires employees to be knowledgeable of established floor finishing techniques, procedures, and correct usage of chemical cleaning agents. Work is performed under close supervision and is reviewed for quality and efficiency.

About the facility:

JFK is a 72-bed inpatient treatment facility designed to meet the needs of adults with substance use disorders from the 44 westernmost counties in North Carolina.  The facility treats individuals with substance abuse and psychiatric diagnoses.  JFK is accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations as a Behavioral Health facility and certified by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services as an inpatient psychiatric hospital.

This position is Monday through Friday from 6:00am - 2:30pm 

with occasional weekends and holidays.
